Exchanges

Our products are printed on demand so we can not offer exchanges.  In some cases we can offer store credit.  Please email info@onmygrind.ca for details.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email info@onmygrind.ca with any concerns.

Exceptions / non-exhangeable items
Certain custom made items cannot be exchanged.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns before purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges/refunds/returns on sale items or gift cards.
